With braids, accessories and eye-catching details, power ponytails have gone from last-minute fixes to red carpet regal.

“I love the creativity,” behind these looks says Monaè Everett, who has perfected the art of braid and ponytail mashups on such celebs as Sonequa Martin-Green and Nomzamo M’batha, as well as Nickelodeon stars Sofia Wylie and Daniella Perkins.
