This Is The Black Doctor Who Got The Gorilla Glue Out Of Tessica Brown’s Hair

Dr. Michael Obeng is an official hair hero after saving the mane of Tessica Brown from her Gorilla Glue debacle.

Dr. Obeng was already renown as the first Black surgeon in Beverly Hills –you may have seen him on the 2017 season of E! TV’s Second Wives Club. According to Black Enterprise, he is worth $8 million and is rated among the country’s top plastic surgeons by Consumer Research Council.
And now, after becoming one of the first surgeons to successfully reattach a limb he has added glue removal expert to his extensive resume.
Obeng, who owns and operates MiKO Plastic Surgery, performed the four-hour ($12,500) procedure for Brown for free on Wednesday using a special mix of medical-grade adhesive remover, aloe vera gel, olive, and acetone.
Using his chemistry background, he said he “figured out the science” of the main ingredient in Gorilla Glue and practiced his theory on a human hair wig.
Noting extensive hair matting, he said Tessica “had a lot of irritation on the scalp, especially the edges of her head because of all the chemicals,” in a recent interview with TMZ. “She is very, very lucky that she did not sustain a lot of injuries to her scalp. This type of ordeal is no joke.”
