Target has been upping the ante with its availability of multicultural skincare brands. While we were all overjoyed to see brands like The Lip Bar line the retail giant’s shelves, we’re also happy to see regular new additions.

Bolden is now the newest Black-owned premium skincare line to be added to the retailer’s roster. Created by Chinelo Chidozie and Ndidi Obidoa, the skincare line that helps women tackle one of the biggest beauty concerns: hyperpigmentation.

Its entire lineup is dedicated to helping melanated beauties beat annoying dark marks safely, including a clarifying cleanser, brightening toner, brightening moisturizer with SPF, nighttime serum and clay mask is all up for grabs at the retailer.

“Target is just the beginning,” Chidozie tells Beauty Independent. “When we set out to establish this brand, we said we wanted to be the number-one go-to brand for women of color. So, in five years, I want our name to be synonymous with excellent skincare for women of color.”

The offerings range between $16-$30. For more info, head on over to Target, target.com and boldenusa.com.
