Hey brand bosses! Another fund just opened to help out Black-owned businesses and nonprofits get coins to help them stay afloat. Reality television star and author Stormy Wellington is now accepting applications for her new $100K Business Fund.

Wellington gained renown after turning a $13/hour sales job into a million-dollar direct sales empire. She went on to teach strippers how to manage their money on weTV’s Beyond The Pole. Now, she is helping small businesses get a leg up during the pandemic.

“Economic elevation is one of the best ways to empower a community and eliminate oppression,” said Wellington in a press release. “Too often, Black businesses are undercapitalized and do not have access to the capital that is necessary for their businesses to grow and thrive.”

Wellington’s $100K Business Fund is accepting applications from qualified businesses through July 15, 2020. Awards will vary based on the businesses needs. To qualify, businesses have brought in less than $100K in revenue in the 2019 calendar year.
