There is nothing like testing, touching and smelling products before they line your shelves, so we were too pleased when this DC-based shop catering to Black-owned beauty launched a few years ago. Co-founders Kimberly Smith and Amaya Smith also created the space to serve as a beauty playground and incubator for emerging beauty brands and events complete with a beauty bar.
